Heba Abdel-Halim, PhD Researcher, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, The Vice President of The Construction Excellence Center, PHI Certified Designer from the Passive House Institute, Germany, Certified Scrum Trainer from USA, Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Owner Certified, Scrum Developer Certified.
Heba brings 15 years expertise of architectural engineering, agile project management, and designing of energy ultra saving breathing buildings. She is the first in Egypt to train and coach project managers in applying the Scrum Methodology and Agile Principals in managing projects. She also is the first specialized engineer in designing buildings on the Passive House Criteria that feature ultra saving in energy while offering healthy environment for tenants. She holds a Master Degree in the Science of Architectural Engineering from the Engineering Faculty, Cairo University, and studying a PhD in the Environmental Studies Department of the same Faculty. In her Master research, she developed a country level strategy for Egypt to adopt and effectively apply the Passive House Criteria in Egyptian buildings. In addition, Heba is a global Authorized Training Partner in Middle East, Europe, and USA to train Scrum courses after she has been qualified as a Scrum Certified Trainer, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Scrum Developer Certified (SDC), and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC ). He also works as a Lecturer in Faculty of Engineering, Misr University for Science & Technology. Heba also had a Diploma in Interior Design Principles from “UAL University of the Arts London”, 2013.
